CENTRALIS MOVEMENT SYSTEM
One Tool.
Different Ways to Move.
Centra Leash shifts between stretching strap, meteor-style flow
and twin poi — opening different approaches to mobility,
rhythm, coordination and play.
Use it slowly for controlled mobility. Give it space and momentum
for larger flow patterns. Separate it for two-handed poi movement,
or bring it into partner and coaching sessions.
01 / STRAP
Stretch & Mobility
Extend the reach of the hands for shoulders,
hips, legs and controlled full-body mobility work.
02 / METEOR
Rhythm & Flow
Swing, circle, redirect and reverse while the body
works with momentum and changing direction.
03 / TWIN POI
Two-Hand Coordination
Separate the system for independent hand movement,
spinning patterns, rhythm and creative practice.
WHERE IT FITS
Training Can Take More Than One Form
Centra Leash can move between focused mobility work and more
expressive movement without needing to become a completely
different piece of equipment.
Mobility
Stretching, assisted reach, warm-up and slower controlled movement.
Coordination
Changes of direction, hand transitions, footwork and timing.
Flow
Continuous patterns, rhythm, creative sequences and movement with music.
Partner Practice
Passing games, shared movement exercises and coaching activities.
LAND FIRST. WATER SECOND.
It Can Get Wet Too.
Centra Leash is positively buoyant, allowing it to take a secondary
role in gentle aquatic movement, selected water-based mobility
and aquatic-yoga style practice.
Water use is not the main purpose of Centra Leash,
and it should not be used as flotation or protective equipment.
USE WITH AWARENESS
Dynamic swinging and partner movement require adequate clear space.
Start slowly, stay aware of people and nearby objects,
and increase range or speed only when the movement is controlled.
